5. Preparation method:

White (colorless) powder, good fluidity, good water solubility, transparent and colorless aqueous solution, good stability. It is stable to acid and alkali, the burning temperature is lower than that of raw starch, and the change of cold and hot viscosity is more stable than that of raw starch. It has no effect on viscosity when mixed with salt and sucrose. After etherification, the ice melting stability and transparency are improved.
